Ugh… All of these struggles had me diligently in therapy, seriously exploring an exit from the field.
While taking time to reflect on whether being a Social Worker and Therapist truly aligned with my purpose, I created Diary of the Burnt Out Social Worker. What began as an honest journal evolved into a mission: to create the exact community, tactical tools, and compassionate mentorship I desperately needed when starting out.
