The Backstory

Why We Start on Tuesday

For those who have been following me for some time, you know that I used to hate Mondays. Now I don’t "hate" them—I simply "dislike" them! :)

Mondays have been notoriously rough for me over the years… I would oversleep, drop my fresh coffee, forget my wallet, have unexpected wardrobe malfunctions… like literally every single Monday. It was wild!

Tuesdays were always vastly better days—and that’s when my real week actually starts. Through that realization, I learned to release the shame of not conforming to rigid schedules, to embrace the struggle or weirdness any day or life season throws my way, and to become fiercely intentional about self-care, self-love, and self-compassion.

The Tuesdays Rule:

Grant yourself the grace to restart anytime. You don't need a pristine Monday morning to claim your peace.
